Also, if you want to use twitter in your marketing plan, you have to think systematically using hashtags in your communications, they give visibility to your tweets.

My opinion: I think that using twitter is very important nowadays. It allows to reach all ages. The fact that we can respond very quickly or even tweet very quickly is an advantage. As a brand, it allows you to respond to your customers and feel close to them on this social network. Twitter has a casual side that another social network won’t have!
