Let’s start at the beginning.

Today, social media have a very strong influence on our life. In 2019, we have 3.5 billion users worldwide, which is a very large number.

But, what social really is?
Social media are means of interaction between people who can create, share, exchange information or ideas in communities and virtual networks. 
Social media is about conversations, community, connecting with the world and building relationships. You can hear what people say, but you also can respond on it.

On this blog, I will describe social media, and see how they influence our daily lives and how companies use them for their communication and marketing. I want to show how important social media is important for an enterprise, how we can use it to create a fan base and how we can use it on digital marketing.
